Before starting training with Nicole, I was already fluent in English but struggled with my accent, especially in professional settings where clear communication is key. In meetings, I often found myself listening more than participating because of concerns about how my accent might affect my speech. Traditional English schools were too basic for me, and I wasn't seeing the improvements I needed to sound more like a native speaker.Through Nicole’s coaching, I gained a deeper understanding of how to sound more natural as a Spanish native speaker speaking English. This training boosted my confidence significantly, and while I still have some accent, it no longer distracts from my speech. I had a very light accent and people would understand 95% of the time what I was saying. It was just those 5% of the words and sometimes people would just not understand. So I had a doubt about whether I needed accent class or not, but I would also get frustrated about those 5% of times when people wouldn’t understand me. I took a chance and took Nicole’s class and I’m so glad that I did. Together, we were able to identify the sounds I had issues with and improve them. Now I am so much more confident when I talk in meetings and even with coworkers. It was one of the best time and money I had ever spent on something. Nicole is amazing!

I took the 1-1 Accent reduction program with Nicole and it was one of the best decisions I ever took. Nicole is absolutely the best in the field with a systematic approach to accent modifications. She prepares diagnostic tests, writes summary of each coaching session, assigns detailed homework and follows up with tests and the final exam. My staff and I have benefited tremendously from her coaching sessions.
